      Hi Ash,

Yes, there is a minimum age of 7 (subject to management discretion – some 5 & 6 year olds are regulars!).

Skate Camp is perfect for a 16 year old with little experience as it is specifically focussed on beginners and intermediates.
Beginners are taught the basics and helped to build confidence by the legendary Gary and his team of marshall’s and helpers.

Intermediates are divided between Pro skaters, Ross McGourran, Daryl Dominguez and Kyron Davies who focus on skill development and progression.
From first time through to semi-pro all are catered for with easy progression through the stages.

Instruction is based on attendance for the week (the last day has prizes and giveaways too) whilst remaining flexible for single or multiple daily sessions which can all be built on through multiple Skate Camps.

We hire boards and helmets so it’s even easier to come and try before committing to buying any personal equipment at our onsite Skate Shop.

Come and fully assess the joys of Skateboarding, improve and learn new skills, have fun, make new friends and experience what can be achieved.

      See you there!

      Hi Cameron,

We don’t currently run a BMX Camp.

Skate Camp is from age 7 up.

BMX night is on a Tuesday.

    Hi,
We are visiting London from July27th to the end of August and our 6+ year old and almost 8 year old would love to try skateboarding for a few days.

Should we just sign up for a day pass, and sign up for further lessons depending on how it goes from there?

We will be in South Kensington.

    Thanks.
    Devy

      Hi Devy,

We run Beginners sessions 10am to 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays (£4 entry) with a group lesson (£10) from 10:30 to the end of the session.

That Monday you arrive is the start of 3 weeks of Skate Camp which is based around Beginners and intermediates and run by our Head Instructor and his support team of Instructors and Marshals, (£30 per day or £100 for the week).

We also provide 1 to 1 tuition on request (£30 for the first pupil and £15 for each extra).

Our normal sessions (£7) also run 12 to 4 and 4 to 9 or 10 all through the week.

So, you could start with a normal session or a day of Skate Camp to see what it is like, Skate Camp has the advantage of beginner tuition and day long supervision.
Alternatively try out a beginners session and some tuition in the group session on the following weekend.
Day pass is probably better once you have a feel for it.
Whichever you choose you can see how it goes and then maybe commit to more!

Hire or puchase of equipment is available on site too if you need to get kitted up.

On your arrival Welcome to London and we look forward to seeing you at BAYSIXTY6.
